Never Give Up!! This Is Barcelona's Third Offer To Get Neymar from PSG

Barcelona will make a third bid to get Neymar back in value by including Ousmane Dembele to convince Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) to sell the Brazilian star.

Reporting from ESPN, Barcelona had previously submitted two bids to get Neymar. However, the two proposals were rejected by PSG, which sold Neymar at 222 million euros, as issued by the French club in 2017 when they bought Neymar from Barcelona.

PSG rejected Barcelona's first proposal which included the names of Philippe Coutinho, Ivan Rakitic and 80 million euros in cash.

PSG again rejected Barcelona's second offer to ask Neymar as a loan player for this season with an option to buy the following season in a contract worth 190 million euros.
There are still two weeks left before the European transfer market closes on September 2, Barcelona is pressed for time to re-submit a bid that matches PSG's will. PSG itself has a deadline because they want their squad to be confirmed as soon as possible.

Barcelona's next bid could be the La Liga giant's final bid. The club's management has not yet reached a full agreement on Neymar's move back, but they are making plans that they hope will secure Neymar's return to Camp Nou.

Barcelona has confirmed that Dembele will not be involved in the Neymar contract but according to a number of club sources to ESPN FC, the Los Cules establishment was softened.
Even though Dembele's agent, Moussa Sissoko, had said before that the French national team player would remain in Barcelona, the Spanish league champions are still thinking of including Dembele in the player barter offer package plus cash.

Something similar happened to Coutinho. Shortly after the agent made sure Coutinho stayed at Camp Nou, at the end of the story the Brazilian was still moving to Bayern Munich last week.
