1. Gelora Bung Karno Main Stadium

Gelora Senayan Main Stadium, is a multi-purpose stadium located at the center of the Gelora Bung Karno Sports Complex in Central Jakarta, Indonesia. The stadium is named after Sukarno, Indonesia's first President. It is mostly used for football matches.


When first opened prior to the 1962 Asian Games, the stadium had a seating capacity of 110,000. It has been reduced twice during renovations: first to 88,306 in 2006 for the 2007 AFC Asian Cup and then to 77,193 single seats as part of renovations for the 2018 Asian Games and Asian Para Games  (where it hosted the ceremonies and athletics competitions).

2. Palaran Stadium

Palaran Stadium is the main sports venue of Samarinda, capital city of East Kalimantan  province. It is a multi-purpose stadium located at the center of the East Kalimantan Main Stadium Sports Complex.


It was opened in 2008 and has a seating capacity of 67,075, making it the second largest stadium in Indonesia, after the Gelora Bung Karno Stadium. It is also the largest stadium in the island of Borneo. The stadium was the main venue for the 2008 Indonesia National Games. It is the first Indonesian all-seater stadium.

3. Gelora Bung Tomo Stadium

Gelora Bung Tomo Stadium is a multi-purpose stadium in Surabaya, capital of the province of East Java, Indonesia. It is a part of the Surabaya Sports Center. The rest of the sports complex consists of an indoor stadium and a mosque.


This stadium is used mostly for football matches. It replaced the older Gelora 10 November Stadium.The stadium is used for football matches and is a new base for Persebaya Surabaya. Bung Tomo Stadium can accommodate 50,000 spectators. The stadium is named after Bung Tomo, who is a National Hero of Indonesia.

4. Harapan Bangsa Stadium

Harapan Bangsa Stadium or Lhong Raya Stadium is a football stadium in Banda Aceh City, Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam, which is also the headquarters of the Persiraja Banda Aceh football club.


The stadium was built in 1997 and underwent renovation after the 2004 Indian Ocean earthquake disaster with funding sourced from FIFA. Harapan Bangsa Stadium has a capacity of 45,000 seats. The proud stadium of Tanah Rencong was once one of the most magnificent stadiums in Indonesia in 2000 but due to lack of maintenance in this stadium and the occurrence of the Tsunami Earthquake made the nickname disappear. 5. Papua Bangkit Stadium
